Varadhi is a published academic, certified Focusing Teacher and an Ordained Buddhist in the Triratna Buddhist Tradition with a long standing interest in both Eastern and Western wisdom traditions. Her work is informed by somatic healing practices and traditional Buddhist teachings. She has been leading retreats, teaching Focusing Foundations Courses and offering one-on-one guidance for over 10 years.
