What the class actually includes:
Your journey begins with a personal introductory Focusing session before the course starts, giving you a chance to experience the process firsthand and set your intentions. From there, we’ll meet in a small, supportive group over 10 weeks (9 live classes). Each class is two and a half hours and will include teaching and time to practice. Each class will be recorded and you will have access to the recordings. Between classes, you’ll have the chance to deepen your skills through a weekly Focusing partnership, and if you ever need extra guidance or encouragement, support will be readily available by email or phone throughout the course.
