No Enemies Inside
6 Week- Focusing Informed Meditation Course
17th Nov- 22nd Dec Tuesdays 10am-12.30pm AEST
Online on Zoom
What if meditation could be less about effort and trying and more about opening to goodness and peace thats already here in presence.
This course introduces Focusing Informed Meditation a practice that brings together meditation, embodied awareness and the wisdom of the felt sense. Rather than trying to change or overcome difficult thoughts and feelings, we learn to pause, turn inward and listen with curiosity and kindness to what is arising in the body.
The ancient practice of Metta Bhavana (Loving Kindness Meditation) will be our focus and through guided meditations and Focusing practices you will explore how the freedom to bring Focusing skills like complete acceptance and prioritising creating safety inside can help you deepen in both practices and allowing you to really making it your own.
Suitable to those who have some Focusing and meditation experience.
What can you will receive in this course:
Weekly input on how to develop in the Metta Bhavana practice, as well as exploration of working with inner criticising, tendency to holding on to difficult emotions like resentment and unforgiving, and opening to goodness thats’s present here and now.
❋ Comprehensive CurriculumThe course will prioritise putting into practice what we are learning both in class as well as through weekly Focusing sessions.

“Experience is a myriad richness. We think more than we can say. We feel more than we can think. We live more than we can feel… …And there is still much more.”
