Focusing and Insight

A reflective and experiential talk exploring focusing, awareness, and the practice of meeting difficult emotions with kindness rather than identification. Drawing on Buddhist insight practice and the Yogachara teaching of the trimandala, this session investigates how awareness can “unhook” reactive patterns and open space for curiosity, compassion, and direct experience.

Through guided reflection and meditation, the talk offers practical ways of relating to inner experience with greater honesty, gentleness, and freedom.
